The APDA portal updates is an email sent twice a month giving updates about APDA portal. On the right column, you can see the following form field:

By entering your email, you will receive this bi-monthly portal update.  It is a also a good idea to add your partners email in this field since their email will be kept confidential and they will have the possibility to stop receiving the APDA portal updates.
