The last APDA newsletter (http://www.afghanact.org/en/node/view/660 ) is a document of 39 pages in which we find 20 articles in english, and more in dari or pashto. Instead of putting one pdf file on the portal, it would be better to put the articles individually on the web portal, for the following reasons:

-The search engines (especially the built-in afghanact search engine) cannot search into pdf files;
-The site will be update more frequently and look more alive if it is updated frequently, unlike putting one big pdf file.
-The reading of the site will be more uniform.
