The Afghan Peace and Democracy Act (APDA) is a communication and co-ordination network of NGOs aimed at enhancing the role of civil society organizations and assisting in the coordination of Afghan NGOs and civil society organizations through direct support and collaboration.

This portal aims to help member NGOs work for peace and democracy in Afghaninstan by allowing them to coordinate, co-operate and share information.
